Hi ​Resident In January 2026, the Wednesfield & Heath Town Neighbourhood Policing Team is focusing on three key hotspots to combat anti-social behaviour (ASB). Current ASB Priorities (January 2026) The following areas have specific action plans in place following recent reports: : Police and local authorities have received reports of large groups gathering, particularly at weekends, causing disruption to businesses. Action: Regular high-visibility patrols continue throughout January 2026. Enforcement action and ASB orders are being used to deter individuals. The Crossways Shopping Centre (Heath Town) : There have been reports of persistent ASB within the centre. Action: The neighbourhood team and ASB partners are conducting regular joint patrols. Community Protection Warnings (CPWs) and Notices have already been served to individuals seen causing trouble. Off-Road Bikes: Nuisance bikes are being driven anti-socially around Wednesfield North and South.
Collaborative Safety Measures Joint Patrols: Policing teams are working closely with Wolverhampton Homes and council ASB teams to conduct joint patrols in residential areas and flats across Heath Town. Business Engagement: Officers are meeting with security teams and site managers at retail parks like to provide reassurance and improve reporting methods. Youth Outreach: School officers are being used to identify and educate young people involved in nuisance behaviour. Council/Housing Issues: Report noise or environmental ASB to Wolverhampton Council or your housing provider.
